Market Update
There were 1,714 New Residential Construction Permits issued and 1,655 Recorded Subdivision Lots in Q4 2024. While new construction permits decreased from the previous quarter, recorded subdivision lots declined as well, continuing to increase the Vacant Lot Inventory.
